Auto loan APR by credit tier: Experian State of the Automotive Finance Market, Q2 2026. Score ranges for Near prime/Subprime/Deep subprime are the standard Experian ranges as requested; search snippets explicitly confirmed only 781-850 (super prime) and 661-780 (prime). Prime/near prime/subprime new rates came from one aggregated search summary (medium confidence).
Property tax by state
Tax Foundation, effective property tax rate on owner-occupied housing (Census ACS), Property Taxes by State, 2026 edition. States without a sourced figure use 0.78% (median of the 32 state rates we have sourced), labelled as an estimate wherever it appears.
Homeowners insurance
NAIC Dwelling Fire, Homeowners Owner-Occupied, and Homeowners Tenant and Condominium/Cooperative Unit Owner's Insurance Report (HO-3 average premium), data year 2022, values relayed via StatRanker. Sourced states: FL, LA, NC, OR. Other states: not included in payments.
Vehicle sales tax by state
State-level rate on dealer purchases. Local taxes excluded. Verified states are listed; the rest are pending verification against their revenue departments and are not offered in calculators.
